This company was created in the midst of the ongoing economic crisis in Indonesia following the Economic Crisis of 1998. In response to these challenges, the founders of this company, who possess decades of experience in the fields of Mechanical and Electrical engineering, developed the idea of specialization and efficiency as a solution. These principles became the foundation of the company and continue to guide its operations today.

As a result, in November 2002, PT. Emene Engineering Consultant was established, and due to the expansion of the company, the name was changed to PT. Emene Global Solusindo in January 2007.

In order to specialize in the field of Fire Engineering and Process Safety, a new company called PT EMENE Agni Solusindo (EAS), also known as Emene-Fire, was created on December 30, 2022. Emene-Fire is an engineering and inspection company established under Indonesian law in order to maintain the highest possible professional standards in the field of Fire Engineering and Process Safety.
